My Life in Six Strings
We played in Bethel, PA (near Pittsburgh) after traveling back from Avon Lake. Christ UMC was build in the 60s and is visually striking inside. Hopefully some of the pictures will capture it. The concert was great. It was the best crowd we’ve had all tour, and a solid performance.
Tomorrow, the band & tech crew are heading home. We have a day to rest before Friday night’s homecoming concert. Come check it out, it’s free!

Today ROCKED! While the kids went to Cedar Point (and I hear they have a few roller coasters there…), some of the band and tech crew went to check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. What an amazing place. We were there for four hours and could’ve easily spent another four. The stuff they have is incredible. A rich collection of artifacts including guitars & instruments, rejection letters, band payment records, hand written lyric notebooks, clothes, etc. They technically don’t allow photographs inside, but I had to sneak a few anyway.
A fun day today. The band and tech crew went to the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio while the kids went to Kalahari Water Park. The HoF was pretty cool. We’re going to hit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame tomorrow. After that and a quick lunch, we drove to 1st UMC Church in Elyria. It’s a beautiful church, and was the first church in the town. I learned that Elyria is where Easter Seals got started.
The show tonight was quite good. Hopefully there will be some good footage for the DVD & CD.
