The version I have of this song is by Eric Clapton (from A Very Special Christmas Live), but since I already featured Clapton in this series, I’m going back to the original: Freddie King. Freddie is my favorite of the “Kings” (the others being BB & Albert), and was a big influence on Clapton and Jimmy & Stevie Ray Vaughan, among others.
